Passenger terminals at the Port of Málaga - Maritime Station
Cruise ships do usually arrive at the landing stage Eastern wharf "Muelle de Levante”.
All the necessary administration facilities for the passage and the crew of tourist cruise ships are located at the Maritime Station landing stage "Gran Estación Marïtima de Levante", with its two modern terminals (A and B), both two-storey: check-in, pick-up of the luggage, shops, taxi stand, etc.
Both terminals can operate separately.
This terminal, as well as the landing stage for vessels and cruise ships, is located at about 3 km from the port's main entrance. We do therefore recommend usage of a private vehicle, on condition of prior reservation of a parking spot at the port. If you wish to take a taxi or private transfer, please don't forget prior reservation, in order to avoid last minute traffic jams or delays before getting to the terminal.

During the stay of your cruise ship, the port usually disposes of a regular bus service from the landing stage number 3 (port entrance) to the Maritime Station. The price for a one way ticket is about €2, for a round trip ticket, €3,50. The bus usually passes every 15 to 20 minutes.

Regular ferry connection Málaga-Melilla, wharf No.3
This wharf disposes of a maritime station ("Estación Marítima), with all the necessary amenities for customs, security and services for passengers. You can embark this line with your own vehicle. Ferries operate with a frequency of 1 passage per day from October to May and 2 passages per day from June to September. The duration of the passage is 8 hours and 30 minutes.
